    Pre-orders


    Ordering

    Online ordering: To place an online order, simply find the product that you like and click on the 'Buy Now' button. This will take you through to the shopping cart. If you want further details or larger images of a specific product, please click on the image of that product which will take you to a product detail page. If you wish to purchase more than one of the same colour, just change the number that appears in the shopping cart next to that nappy, and click on 'recalculate' to see the new total. Click on the 'continue shopping' button to go back to the page you were viewing, or click on the 'back' button of your browser. At any stage during shopping, you can click on the large green 'view cart' button at the top of your page to see the contents of your shopping  cart.

    When you have finished shopping, go to your shopping cart, and click on 'checkout'. You will be asked if you would like to sign up for a Green Kids account, or checkout without registering. Registering is quick and easy, and allows your information to be stored for your future orders. It also allows to you check up on past orders, create a gift registry, and view the status of your current order. After this page, you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping details. You will then be presented with shipping options. Next you will move through to the confirmation section, where you can double check that your order and details are correct, before choosing payment and submitting your order.

    Payment Instructions/Methods

    Australian Orders: We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) through our secure payment gateway, eway. We can also accept payment via Paypal, direct deposit, cheque or money order. Paypal payment details will be given to you after completing the checkout information, and direct deposit information will be emailed to you after you have placed your order. Orders are shipped after payment has been received.

    International Orders: We accept Payments via PayPal only for all international orders.

    Payment is required within 7 days of placing an order. After 7 days, your order may be cancelled. You may of course place your order again at any time in the future.

    Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of payment, and current expected delivery times will be emailed to you in your order confirmation email. If any delays are expected we will let you know as soon as possible. We will email you to let you know when your order has been posted. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although most orders will arrive much sooner than this.

    All orders are sent via Australia Post.

    • All Orders over the value of $250 will be sent via receipted post for no extra charge.
    • Orders under the value of $250 are sent via unregistered parcel post. If you wish to have your order sent via registered post, please choose the registered post option at the checkout. We cannot take responsibility for missing parcels that are not sent via registered post.

    Additional Shipping Options

    You may choose to have your order sent via Express post, and this option is available from the selection list as you go through the checkout. Express post parcels are traceable, but not insured. They do not require a signature upon receipt, and will therefore be left at the door if you are not home.

    If you would prefer your order to be sent via registered post, please choose that option as you go through the checkout. Registered post parcels will require a signature upon receipt. Registered post does not include insurance. Please contact us if you wish to arrange insurance on your order.



    International Postage/Shipping

    We offer the following flat rates of shipping for customers located in Asia and New Zealand only:

    Asia/New Zealand - regular $15.00
    Asia/New Zealand - registered $22.00
    All other countries - please contact us via email for a price before ordering.

    All orders will be sent via Air Mail with an estimated delivery time of 3-10 working days.

    This flat rate of shipping may only apply to international customers. For Australia customers wishing to have an order sent overseas, please contact us before placing your order, as in some cases additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us if you wish to have your order sent via registered or insured post. We cannot take responsibility for missing parcels that are not sent via registered post.

    Payment for international orders can be made by Pay Pal only, and all orders will be processed in Australian Dollars.



    Faults

    All care is taken to ensure that each Green Kids nappy is made to the highest standards, but if you do find a defect in a nappy when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a repair or replacement at our discretion. The faulty product will need to be returned to us for inspection, and will be replaced with the exact same product where available.


    Warranty Information


    We also offer an extended warranty for 60 days from date of purchase which covers elastic, stitching issues or other similar issues related to faulty workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the nappies, fading or leaking issues. The use of bleach, vinegar, whiteners, laundry additives, fabric softeners or washing powders with enzymes on the nappies will void this warranty. Warranty only applies if care instructions have been followed. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and for orders sent within Australia. Please ensure you keep your receipt as you will need to present this for any warranty claims. Nappies will need to be returned to Green Kids for inspection, and we will arrange a repair or replacement at our discretion. Please contact us before sending your nappies with a description of the problem and photos if possible at help@greenkids.com.au.  Returned nappies must be in clean, washed and dry condition and free of foreign particles (hair, lint etc) or they will be returned to you.

    Green Kids nappies are made from premium quality materials, and although we expect that they will last for at least one child, this is not guaranteed. How long the nappies last will depend on the use and abuse of the nappies, as well as several variables such as your washing machine, washing powder and water in the area among other things. Funtimes prints are made from a cotton outer fabric, and as all cotton products will show wear with time and use. This wear of the cotton will generally not affect the performance of the nappy. Nappies are used and washed every two days on average, and this alone will cause wear on the products. We will not be responsible for any wear and tear issues, as this is not a defect of the product.

    Exchanges/Returns

    We are very happy to offer you individual advice on our products, so please contact us with any questions you may have before placing your order.

    We want you to be completely happy with your Green Kids nappies. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us in brand new, unused and unwashed condition within 30 days. We will provide you with a refund, minus actual postage and handling costs when we receive the nappies and confirm that they are in new, unwashed condition. Your refund will be issued to you via the same method that you paid. Please contact us first at help@greenkids.com.au before returning goods. Refunds and exchanges are not available on sale or clearance items, including seconds. Returns policy only applies to the original purchaser only for items purchased from the Green Kids website, and you will need to produce a copy of your receipt. If you have purchased your nappies from a retailer, please contact them directly.

    Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on products which are not in a condition to be resold, have been washed, contains smell of essential oils/perfume, smoke, etc. or that have been soiled.

    Layby

    Green Kids offer a 8 week layby service. Our lay-by terms are as follows:

    • Minumum of $100 order for lay-bys.
    • 20% deposit is required to secure your order.
    • All payments must be received within 8 weeks of placing your order.
    • Payments can be made by direct deposit only.
    • Payments are required to be made regularly on a fortnightly basis.
    • Your order will be posted when the final payment has been received.
    • Orders not paid for in full by the due date will be cancelled.
    • Please note: cancellation of a lay-by order will incur a processing fee.

    Please place your order as normal, write "lay-by" in the comments section as you go through the checkout, and choose direct deposit as your payment method. We will get back to you with further details.



    Pre-orders

    All orders including pre-order items will be posted in one parcel as soon as the pre-order items are available. Pre-orders must be paid for within 7 days of placing the order so that your chosen colours and prints can be put aside for you. If you wish to have your order sent in 2 separate parcels, an additional $5 shipping fee will apply (excluding Starter and Complete Packs). Please write a note in the comments section of the checkout to advise us if you wish to do this and we will email you a revised invoice to include the additional shipping (if applicable).

    An estimate as to the expected date the pre-order items will be available is given, and if any delays are expected you will be notified via email. You will also receive email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.
